Above & Beyond

What?

This is an opportunity to recognize Firetree, Ltd. staff that goes above and beyond the usual to make someone’s day special. The “Above & Beyond” Award Program gives us all a chance to recognize our people for doing that something extra for others, an individual who exemplifies “Together Building A New Way of Life”

Who?

Nominations can come from fellow staff, clients, client’s families, referral sources---anyone who comes in contact with the staff person and appreciates their “Above & Beyond” effort.

When?

Nominations should be written whenever an “Above & Beyond” moment occurs. On a weekly basis, the Human Resources department will send a copy of the nomination and the appropriate award to the recipient’s immediate supervisor for presentation to the recipient.

How?
